Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. We may update them; material changes are notified 30 days in advance.
Acceptable use
Use the service in good faith. Don't abuse or harass other users, upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to circumvent access controls or row-level security gates, scrape data with automated tooling at scale, or resell data exported via your access right. Accounts that violate these expectations may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact privacy@tunnelcamps.com immediately. You can delete your account at any time from /profile → "Data & account".
Liability
The service is provided "as is" during the public beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service unavailability or third-party actions of other users.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit (camp listings, photos, flight wishes, messages). By submitting, you grant the operator a non-exclusive license to display the content within the service to its intended audience (e.g. a public camp listing is shown to subscribers; a chat message is shown to its recipient). The license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except for backups already taken at that moment, which roll out under the retention windows in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or applicable law. Upon termination your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
Changes
Material changes are notified via email and an in-app banner. Continued use 30 days after notification constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are resolved in Hong Kong courts.
